These terms apply when you use this website or book services from Armful Pet, South Austin, TX. By booking or buying from us you agree to them.
Services and bookings
Services are described on the services pages. Prices shown as "from" are the starting price for one pet; the final price is confirmed with your booking. Pet sitting, grooming, daycare and boarding are quoted after we talk about your pet. A booking request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it by email or text.
Meet & greet
New clients start with a meet & greet before their first visit.
Payments, memberships and gift cards
Memberships and gift cards are paid by card through Stripe. Membership prices are shown at checkout before you pay. The Weekly Walk Club is billed monthly. Gift cards can be used toward eligible services.
Your pet and your home
Please give us accurate information about your pet, including medication, behavior and health, and a safe way into your home.
Live walk maps
Live walk maps are optional. When your sitter starts a live walk you can follow the route in your account while the walk is on and for 30 days afterward. Maps depend on phone GPS and mobile service, so a dot can be late, jumpy or missing; a missing dot does not by itself mean something is wrong, and the map is not an emergency service. If you are worried, call us. Please use a route only to follow your pet's care: do not use it to follow, harass or confront the sitter, or post it or share your sign-in with others. We may pause live updates for an account that is used that way. You can turn live updates off for a walk or for your account by contacting us. See the privacy policy for what we collect.
