What happens on a daily dog walk?
A 30-minute solo walk on your pup’s favorite route. The visit is GPS-tracked, your sitter takes photos, and you get a happy-tail report before they leave. Walks start from $28.
What is a meet & greet?
New clients start with a meet & greet before the first visit. Your pet meets their sitter and we learn the routine first.
Who will be looking after my pet?
A background-checked sitter, and the same one each time: we assign one trusted sitter per pet so your pet always sees a familiar face.
Do you care for cats, small pets or exotic pets?
Yes. Cat and small-pet drop-ins (feeding, fresh water, litter care, playtime) start from $26. Exotic and pocket pet care (habitat checks and feeding schedules for reptiles, fish, rats, snakes and more) starts from $24.
How do I know the visit happened?
Every visit is GPS-tracked and you receive real-time photo updates with a short report. Pet sitting visits include real-time photo updates too.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Central time. You can pick a start time that fits inside those hours when you book.
Where do you work?
We are based at 1000 East 41st Street in South Austin and care for pets in their own homes across South Austin. Not sure we cover your block? Call us or send a message and we will tell you.
How do memberships work?
The Weekly Walk Club is a recurring monthly walk schedule, the Walk Pack is a flexible bundle of walks, and the Armful Gift Card is an amount you choose toward eligible services. All three are paid by card through Stripe, and you’ll sign in or create an account at checkout.
