What happens after you reach out
Call or send a message and we reply during our open hours: Monday to Friday 7 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 3 PM, Central time. Tell us about your pet, the days you need care, and anything your sitter should know, such as routines, medication or a shy first hello.
New clients start with a meet & greet before the first visit, so your pet meets their sitter and we learn the route, the quirks and where the treats live. From then on one trusted sitter looks after your pet. Every visit is GPS-tracked and ends with a happy-tail photo update.
A few details make the first reply faster: what kind of pet you have and how many, their age and any health needs, the days and times you would like care, your neighborhood, and anything that makes your pet nervous or excited. You do not need all of it; send what you know and we will ask for the rest.
